Andrew focuses his practice in the areas of estate administration and criminal defense.
Andrew represents executors, administrators and beneficiaries before the Surrogate’s Court. He helps estate fiduciaries manage the estate from their initial appointment to the final accounting.
Andrew represents criminal defendants in all New York State and Federal courts. Andrew is currently a member of the Assigned Counsel Program through the Erie County Bar Association Aid to Indigent Prisoners Society, Inc. He is also a member of the New York State Defenders Association and The New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
Andrew obtained his law degree from The City University of New York and his B.A. in Economics from The Ohio State University where he played varsity lacrosse.
